Engineer. Architect. Designer in 1872 of the first tram line in Turin. Main works: the Regina Margherita bridge and the Duchess Isabella bridge on the Po; the liberty building of the Post Office, the Sassi cemetery and the reconstruction of the spire of the Mole Antonelliana (1904).
