In the immediate proximity of the Civil War Veterans' Alley, there is a memorial to the members of 71st Battalion of Military Police.
The memorial of 71st Battalion of Military Police was built in 2007 and consist of three separate pedestals. On two pedestals, there are names of 16 deceased, while on the middle one, there is an inscription of the 71st Battalion of Military Police.
